Magnetic Theatricals does much more than present live theatre. Its focus is unique: using Art to help understand and "digest" events of community relevance. The company's mission has been met with widespread enthusiasm and acclaim from numerous representatives of the Arts, including Disney Theatrical Productions, Tribeca Performing Arts Center, WLRN, Hispanic-American Lyric Theatre, GableStage, Florida Stage, and Venevision International.

     Magnetic Theatricals' first production, to be mounted in February, will be the premiere of Defining Code Red. The play is about violence by children against children; a subject, unfortunately, both prevalent and relevant in today's society. After each performance an invited panel of community activists will engage in a dialogue with the audience, discussing social ramifications and possible solutions to issues raised in the production.
